Brawley Realty, Inc. opened its doors in January of 1989.  We offered both real estate sales and real estate property management.

Owners, Jim and Joan Brawley, were both experienced in real estate.  Joan taught real estate courses for 25 years at The Collage of Southern Idaho, retiring in July of 2002. Joan was also the Designated Broker with Jim at her side as Associate Broker.

They preferred to conduct business with in a ‘medium’ office environment.  With 10 Agent and themselves they were able to provide personal service to customers and clients as well as provide excellent mentoring to their agents.

In 2004 they sold off the property management portion of their business to David Robinson- Dave was their lead man in the management side of the business for many years. He remains an active real estate agent today. 

With just the real estate business Jim and Joan were able to scale back their operation to offer even better one-on-one personalized customer and client care.

Currently their office is located at 2891 Elizabeth Blvd., Twin Falls, Idaho.  With 6 agents they continue to operate the real estate sales and service in a successful atmosphere.
